To ensure more effective results, it is useful to respect some general indications:
Single-dose roll-on system that is easy to apply. After moistening the scalp with water, spread the product over the entire scalp. Leave in pose for 3 minutes, applying a light pressure on the scalp before rinsing.
Application tips: it is not necessary a strong massage to activate the product, thus stressing the scalp. The micelles are able to capture the impurities, that will be eliminated with a simple rinse.
It’s a shampoo to be applied on wet hair, massaging gently. Rinse and repeat the operation if necessary.
Application tips: its delicate formulation, suitable even for frequent washing, is ideal for intermediate washes during the treatment.
It’s a hair cream to be applied on wet hair after shampooing. Comb and leave on for 2 to 5 minutes, according to the needs of the hair being treated, before rinsing.
Application tips: it is a light formulation cream, suitable for all hair types. The best application starts from the tips, and then goes towards the lengths with a gentle massage.
In case of problems related to the hair weakening, sensitive scalp, hair loss due to breaking and weakening of the hair fibers: mix Refreshing Therapy with Energizing Essence, respecting the notch on the back of the bottle.
Use the special dropper to withdraw the product and apply it directly into Refreshing Therapy, respecting the correct dosage reported on the back of the vial. Shake to mix and use the special nozzle for the application on the scalp. Do not rinse.

In case of problems related to dandruff, seborrheic and inflamed skin: mix Refreshing Therapy with Purifying Essence, respecting the notch on the back of the bottle.

INTENSIVE USE: recommended in case of evident problems of the scalp and capillary fibers, provides the application of the complete treatment twice a week, for a constant period of 1 month.
MAINTENANCE USE: follows and consolidates the benefits of the intensive treatment, providing the application of the complete treatment once a week, for a constant period of 1 month.
SEASONAL USE: suitable to prevent hair weakening and / or scalp inflammatory condition that occur during seasonal peaks (spring and autumn), provides for the application of the complete treatment once a week, for a constant period of 2 months.
The gentle and light formulation of shampoo and cream instead, makes these two products ideal for habitual use as well.
Whatever the use, it is always possible to sum value to the treatment, by adding a couple of drops of Energizing Essence or Purifying Essence to every product of the Meristema range, so to enrich them with an energizing or purifying effect.
